The Trymata app caters to registered Trymata testers and guest testers, offering them the opportunity to participate in paid tests of websites, apps, and other mobile products. Throughout a Trymata test, participants will capture their screen and voice while attempting tasks on the designated site or app, providing valuable feedback on preferences, challenges, ease of use, as well as moments of frustration or confusion. This feedback serves as a crucial tool for researchers to enhance the overall user experience of their designs.

No specialized UX or design expertise is required to engage in Trymata tests; all that is necessary is a willingness to share sincere thoughts and opinions while exploring a variety of products for testing purposes. Test durations vary from 5-60 minutes, typically falling within the 10-25 minute range. Prior to selecting a test, users will be informed of the estimated duration for each available task.
